A successful school dance is as much about the planning as it as the students on the floor.
I’ve done events for public schools, private schools, and student organizations from elementary through High School and universities. Everything from homecoming, elementary socials, middle school dances, family dances, ASB and PTA functions, formals, prom, and fundraising galas. Every one starts with your school’s needs for the event and what you want students or families to walk away with.
Most of what makes a school event go smoothly happens before setup: schedule, venue logistics, your school’s expectations, music guidelines, load-in and load-out, and one clear point of contact: me. That’s what keeps the night predictable for staff, even while the set itself stays live and adjusts to the flow of the room.

Music Policy
Music policy looks different at an elementary family dance than it does at a high school formal. Music gets prepared with the specific age group in mind, current and age-appropriate edits for grade school, high-energy hits for middle and high school, always adjusted live as the floor changes. Requests are handled the way your school prefers, and clean edits are always used from start to finish.
Safety
Staff already have enough to manage on event night. The entertainment shouldn’t be one more thing to worry about. Planning happens directly with you ahead of time, chaperones have access to the booth all night, and any volume or content concern gets handled immediately – the moment it comes up, not after the fact.

Do you play clean versions of music?
Yes, clean edits whenever school policy requires them or staff request them.
Can students request songs?
Depends on your school. Some encourage it, some prefer music stay pre-approved. We set that before the event.
Do you work with ASB advisors and administrators?
Yes. Planning is coordinated directly with whichever staff organize your event.
Do you travel outside Seattle?
Yes. Schools throughout Western Washington book regularly, and travel is included in your quote up front.
How far ahead should we reserve a date?
Popular Homecoming, Winter Formal, and Prom dates fill early. Once your date’s approved, check availability.
