How I got here.
Philadelphia → Los Angeles → Dallas → the Pacific Northwest.
DJ’ing across the country taught me that a wedding in Southern California doesn’t unfold like one in Seattle. It showed me that a university event isn’t going to run like a corporate gala. Now based in Shoreline and serving the greater Puget Sound, the same process travels with me: read the room, adjust the set live, and never settle with re-using last event’s playlist.
The philosophy behind the music.
A DJ's job is to read the room, respond to it live, and build a night that tells the story of the event and the people there.
That means moving between Amapiano, Motown, Funk, and Trap… going from the Four Tops to Future and 2 Chainz, all without losing the crowd. It’s knowing when to jump on the mic to hype up the crowd, adjusting a timeline mid-event when the need arises, and having the instinct to change course when the room tells you. Having a deep catalog only matters if the right track gets dropped at the right moment, and that’s what decades of experience actually gives you.
Guests remember the killer music selection, the perfect vibes, and the joy from the event itself. What guests don’t see is everything else that goes into it: talking through the needs of the event, creating the day of timeline, working through the “must-play” and “do-not-play” lists, coordinating on venue logistics and vendor contacts. All of this gets worked out ahead of time so that when it’s time to press play I can focus on making your event a success. It lets me know what to look for when I’m reading the room and keeping things moving. It’s the difference between something created and curated for your event versus something just pulled off the shelf.

Work has spanned schools, companies, nonprofits, and universities across the country, including a 5,000-guest product launch. A lot of these organizations have brought me back. That's the clearest signal I have that the work holds up. A selection of the organizations along the way:
