From our first conversation through your last dance, you'll work directly with me to create the wedding celebration you deserve. Together we'll plan your timeline, decide on the music you want played (and what you don't), and we'll make sure that every important moment and detail is accounted for.

Before your wedding, we talk through the schedule, the key moments, the music you actually want, and your venue’s logistics, so the day feels planned before your guests ever arrive. That prep is what lets me spend the actual day watching the room instead of a script.
No two dance floors want the same thing. Some lean Motown and classics all night, some stay current start to finish, most drift between a few styles as different groups find their way onto the floor. I mix live so the set can follow that, not because I didn’t plan, but because a good plan leaves room to adjust.
Announcements keep the night moving without becoming the show. Introductions, speeches, formal dances, the cake, all handled clearly, with the attention staying on you and your guests, not the mic.

Before the wedding, we work through everything that shapes the day: ceremony music, reception timeline, grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, must-play songs, songs to avoid, guest requests, announcements, venue logistics. It’s about understanding how you want the day to feel, so the music can carry that from start to finish.
I’m one part of your day, and I coordinate with your planner, venue, photographer, and videographer so the big moments happen on schedule without you managing any of it. Good communication behind the scenes is usually what makes a wedding feel effortless to everyone in the room.
Check Your Date
The first conversation covers your date, venue, and what you're picturing for the day. If it's open, you'll know within 24 hours, along with a quote built around your actual wedding, not a fixed package.
The Planning Conversation
Once you're booked, we meet and go through it all: ceremony music, reception timeline, must-play songs, songs to avoid, the moments that need to land a certain way. This is where your story and what's important to you become the plan that guides everything.
Locking In the Details
As the date gets closer, we confirm the timeline with your planner and venue, finalize announcements and introductions, and settle anything that's changed since the first conversation. Nothing gets left for the day of.

Setup happens early, sound and lighting are dialed in before your first guest arrives, and I'm behind the decks all night, guided by everything we planned and reading the room as it unfolds.

How much does a wedding DJ cost in Seattle?
Pricing depends on venue location, event length, ceremony coverage, and any additional equipment. Most Seattle-area weddings start at $1995. Send your date for a quote within 24 hours.
Can we choose our music?
Yes. You send must-play songs, songs to avoid, and any other preferences ahead of time, and that becomes the foundation for the night.
Do you take guest requests?
That’s your call. Some couples love the participation, others want the music to stay focused on the plan. We decide together before the wedding.
Do you provide sound and mics for the ceremony?
Yes. A full sound system with wireless mics and lavaliers for the officiant, vows, and toasts, are all available at no extra cost if your venue doesn’t already have a system.
How far in advance should we book?
Spring, summer, and early fall Saturdays fill up well ahead. If your venue and date are set, it’s worth checking availability now.
